Warranty and Returns

Anessa warrants the customer that our products will be defect-free in ingredients and package from the date of purchase for the stated period of time. If the product you purchased doesn’t meet our quality standards, you may request a replacement or return for this item. Our warranty applies to products bought from Shiseido Anessa or our authorized seller on Amazon. We reserve the right to reject claims for products that have defects due to violations of storage conditions.
